How to Use:

• The rescuer slips hand through the loop handle and throws the disc toward the individual being rescued.

• The stranded individual can grab the rope, firmly grasp the disc with both hands or put their arm through the centre hole of the disc and use it as a buoyancy aid

• The rescuer pulls them back to safety
